Investors have decades of deal experience in private equity and search funds.  They take a proactive role with search fund entrepreneurs in all phases of the investment process, including business screening, due diligence, negotiation of deal structure, operating oversight, and exploration of exit strategies.

Deals are closed with a combination of financing options; equity from investors, debt, seller financing, and seller earn-out.
